Clear, limited use of your details.
Endermologie Bandon uses the information needed to answer an enquiry, arrange an appointment and support its delivery. Online forms are not a medical intake channel: please do not include health, allergy or treatment-history information.
Who is responsible
Endermologie Bandon is responsible for information submitted through this website. You can make a privacy request through our contact form; include “privacy request” in your message so it reaches the right person.
What we collect and why
For a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen treatment, appointment time and any short booking note. We use these details to make, administer and, where applicable, contact you about that appointment. For an enquiry we use the name and contact details you give us to reply. Optional marketing consent is separate, off by default, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Booking processing is needed to take steps at your request and manage the appointment. We rely on consent for optional marketing. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Service providers and storage
The website uses hosting and database providers to run bookings, an email-delivery provider for transactional messages, hCaptcha to protect forms from abuse, and Google Maps only when you choose to load the map. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service. Technical logs and backup copies may retain limited information for their normal security and recovery cycle.
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for up to 12 months, optional marketing consent until you withdraw it, and appointment records for up to 7 years where needed for administration, accounting or legal claims. We review records sooner when they are no longer needed. These periods do not override a legal obligation to retain information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your information, and request portability where it applies. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Some information may need to be retained where a legal obligation or legal claim applies. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
